Vochtige graslanden, bossen, poelen en vruchtbare akkers kruisen je pad terwijl je wandelt langs bloeiende fruitboomgaarden. In Provinciedomein Het Vinne wandeling je rond het grootste natuurlijke binnenmeer van Vlaanderen. Je stoot er op een grote hoogstamboomgaard met verschillende appel- en perensoorten. De bloesems van de perenbomen zijn volledig wit, de appelbloesems hebben een roze randje. En die merkwaardige heuvel aan de ingang van Het Vinne? Da’s een motte, een burchtheuvel uit de 11de eeuw.
