De Johanniterkommende Rheinfelden was een ordehuis van de Johanniters/Malthezers in Rheinfelden in het kanton Aargau. Het werd opgericht in 1212 en in 1806 opgeheven. In het interne administratieve reglement van de orde stond Rheinfelden onder het grote prioraat Duitsland. Het gebouwencomplex van de voormalige kommende bevindt zich aan de Johannitergasse in de noordoostelijke hoek van de oude stad, in de directe nabijheid van de Johanniterkapel.
