Het station van Boncourt is een Zwitsers trein station aan de lijn van Delémont naar Delle. Het is gelegen aan de rue de la Gare, ongeveer 500 meter in het zuiden van het centrum van de gemeente Boncourt, in het kanton Jura.
Als een omleidingsstation is het een halte voor passagiers van de Zwitserse federale spoorwegen, bediend door RegioExpress-treinen.
