De Kerk van Sint Lazarus is een laat-9e-eeuwse kerk in Larnaca, Cyprus. Het behoort tot de Kerk van Cyprus, een autocefaalse Grieks-orthodoxe Kerk. De Kerk van Sint Lazarus is vernoemd naar de figuur Lazarus van Bethanië uit het Nieuwe Testament, het onderwerp van een wonder beschreven in het Evangelie van Johannes, waarin Jezus hem uit de doden verwekt. Volgens de oosters-orthodoxe traditie moest Lazarus, enige tijd na de opstanding van Jezus, Judea ontvluchten vanwege geruchten over samenzweringen tegen zijn leven en kwam hij naar Cyprus. Daar werd hij door Paulus de Apostel en Barnabas aangesteld als de eerste bisschop van Kition. Men zegt dat hij nog dertig jaar heeft geleefd en bij zijn dood daar voor de tweede en laatste keer werd begraven. De Kerk van Agios Lazaros is gebouwd boven het veronderstelde graf van Lazarus.
