Het Heilig-Geist-Spitaal in Neurenberg was de grootste stedelijke instelling voor de verzorging van zieken en ouderen in de vrije Rijksstad. Het spitaal werd deels boven het bed van de Pegnitz gebouwd. Het werd gesticht door Konrad Groß, de rijkste burger van Neurenberg in die tijd, als zielenrust.
Het is bekend als bewaarplaats van de rijksjuwelen, die van 1424 tot 1796 in Neurenberg werden bewaard.
