De Mehde-Aue is een linker zijrivier van de Oste in de Landkreis Rotenburg in Nedersaksen. Ze stroomt door de stad Zeven en heet boven de stadskern alleen Aue, beneden alleen Mehde.
Het brongebied ligt ongeveer 1 km ten oosten van Hesedorf, dicht bij de weg naar Abbendorf. De Mehde-Aue is in totaal 20,3 km lang en beslaat een opvanggebied van in totaal 97,91 km². De Mehde-Aue heeft verschillende zijstromen, het Abbendorfer Kanaal mondt bij Hesedorf in het water en de Buschhorstbach bij Gyhum. De dichtstbijzijnde zijstromen zijn de Osenhorster Bach met de monding tussen Gyhum en Wehldorf en de Rhalandsbach, die in Zeven binnenstroomt. De Mehde-Aue heeft tot Zeven een rechtlijnig verloop en is als ver van de natuur te classificeren. In Zeven is ze binnen de stadskern bebouwd, stroomt dan door het stadspark en -bos. Vanaf Zeven kan het verdere verloop als natuur dichtbij worden beschouwd.
