De Lechstaustufe 22 - Unterbergen is een stuwstation van de Lech tussen Landsberg en Augsburg en ligt ter hoogte van het bij de gemeente Schmiechen behorende dorp Unterbergen, evenals binnen de gelijknamige wijk Unterbergen van de gemeente Schmiechen. De exploitant van de loofkrachtcentrale is Uniper Kraftwerke GmbH, de geproduceerde capaciteit bedraagt 12,4 MW. De bouw van de krachtinstallatie werd uitgevoerd in opdracht van de Bayerische Wasserkraft AG en duurde van 1980 tot 1982. Het eerder op deze plek gelegen Lochbachgaststätte moest gesloten worden. Naast de Lechstaustufe bevindt zich de Lochbachaansteking, die de Lochbach van Lechwasser voorziet.
In tegenstelling tot de verder naar het noorden gelegen stuw 23 heeft het stuwmeer bij Unterbergen geen kiosk en slechts enkele zwemgelegenheden.
