De kerk St. Nikolaus is het evangelische gebedshuis in Leutra, een deel van de wijk Maua van de stad Jena in Thüringen.
De ommuurde kerk is vermoedelijk, net als het koor, uit de 12e eeuw. De toren met blokkenmetselwerk en eenvoudige schietgaten als ramen werd in de tweede helft van de 13e eeuw tot een vier verdiepingen tellende verdedigingstoren omgebouwd. Resten van muren getuigen van vier ooit bestaande halfronde hoektorens. Het langhuis is éénbeukig.
