Kirken St. Nikolaus er det evangeliske gudshus i Leutra, en del af bydelen Maua i byen Jena i Thüringen.
Den murede forsvars-kirke menes at stamme fra det 12. århundrede, ligesom koret. Tårnet med kvadresten og enkle sprækhuller som vinduer blev i den anden halvdel af det 13. århundrede til et fireetagers forsvarstårn. Murrester vidner om fire tidligere eksisterende halvrunde hjørnetårne. Langhuset er enskibbet.
