Die G. Schneider & Sohn GmbH is een Beierse brouwer en distributeur van bier met hoofdkantoor in München en een brouwerij in Kelheim, die gespecialiseerd is in de productie van witbier, dat onder het merk Schneider Weisse wordt verkocht. Vanuit de geschiedenis is het bedrijf regionaal ook bekend als Weisses Bräuhaus.
Het is een van de oprichters van het initiatief Die Freien Brauer, een vereniging van meer dan 30 middelgrote privébrouwerijen uit Duitsland en Oostenrijk.
