De postzegel Zweiburgenblick in het Werratal werd op 3 februari 2011 uitgegeven door het Federale Ministerie van Financiën. Deze toont het Zweiburgenblick bij Wendershausen, geïnspireerd door een historiserend schilderij van Ernst Metz. Het schilderij heeft de titel "Op de oude postweg Mühlhausen-Cassel bij Ludwigstein AD 1796".
Vanaf de locatie in het Werratal bij Wendershausen zijn twee kastelen te zien. Aan de linkerkant is de burcht Hanstein van de Hansteiner rovers te herkennen en aan de rechterkant de burcht Ludwigstein. Laatstgenoemde werd door de Thüringer landgraven gebouwd om de rovers in te dammen.
