De instelling voor euthanasie in Bernburg bevond zich tussen 21 november 1940 en 30 juli 1943 in een afgebakend deel van de Landes-Heil- und Pflegeanstalt in Bernburg aan de Saale. Hier werden in het kader van de krankzinnigenmoorden tijdens het nationaalsocialisme bij de zogenaamde Aktion T4 9385 zieken en gehandicapten uit 38 verzorgings- en verpleeghuizen, evenals ongeveer 5000 gevangenen uit zes concentratiekampen met koolmonoxide in een gaskamer vermoord. De euthanasie-instelling in Bernburg verving de op 28 oktober 1940 gesloten euthanasie-instelling in Brandenburg. Het grootste deel van het personeel verhuisde naar de Bernburgse instelling. Na de sluiting daarvan werd de "euthanasie" met de Aktion Brandt gedecentraliseerd voortgezet.
Tegenwoordig staat op deze plaats het herdenkingsmonument voor de slachtoffers van de NS-"euthanasie" in Bernburg.
