De Kartausen Eisenach is een voormalig klooster van de kaartzusters in Eisenach in de deelstaat Thüringen. Het convent bestond van 1378 tot 1525.
De kartaus „Domus Vallis Sanctae Elisabeth“ werd vanaf 1378 opgericht met de steun van de landgraven Friedrich III., Wilhelm I. en Balthasar. De eerste monniken kwamen tussen 1378 en 1383 uit het kartuizerklooster in Erfurt. De kloosterinstallatie werd buiten de stad Eisenach aangelegd, voor de „Frauentor“ in het zuiden van de stad. In 1382 voegde het generaal kapittel de heroprichting officieel aan de orde toe.
