Het Lepsiushaus in Potsdam is een Duits-Armeens-Turks onderzoeks- en ontmoetingscentrum in Potsdam, dat in 2011 werd geopend in de voormalige villa van de theoloog, orientalistische en Armeense activist Johannes Lepsius.
De villa, gebouwd tussen 1780 en 1820 aan de Große Weinmeisterstraße 45 in de Potsdamer Nauener Vorstadt, ligt aan de voet van de Pfingstberg en behoort samen met de Villa Henckel, de Villa Quandt en de Villa Schlieffen tot de voorname villa's in dit gebied. In 1868 werd het verworven door de Berlijnse bankier en eigenaar van de naburige villa Hermann Henckel, die het verbouwde. Van 1908 tot 1926 woonde hier Johannes Lepsius.
