Schloss Herzberg is een kasteelcomplex in Herzberg am Harz in de Landkreis Göttingen, Niedersachsen. Het huidige viervleugelcomplex heeft zijn oorsprong in de 11e eeuw als middeleeuwse burcht. Na een brand in 1510 werd het opnieuw opgebouwd als kasteel. Met 180 kamers is het het grootste kasteelcomplex van Niedersachsen, dat in vakwerkstijl is gebouwd. Omdat het meer dan 700 jaar in het bezit was van de adellijke familie der Welfen, wordt het complex ook wel Welfenschloss Herzberg genoemd.
Het Schloss Herzberg staat op de Schloßberg, een beboste heuvel direct ten westen van het centrum van de stad Herzberg am Harz, dat aan de zuidwestzijde van het Harz-gebergte ligt. Noordelijk langs het kasteel stroomt de Sieber.
