Het klooster Dorstadt is een historische kloostercomplex in Dorstadt, Landkreis Wolfenbüttel. Na de sekularisatie in 1803 werd het een goedshof en bevindt het zich in particuliere handen.
Het klooster was een stichting van het Saksische adelsgeslacht von Dorstadt. Arnold von Dorstadt, die geen erfgenamen had, stichtte het in 1189. Zijn verwant, bisschop Adelog van Hildesheim, bevestigde en privilegieerde de stichting in hetzelfde jaar. De Augustinessenabdij ontving de patroonheilige Tot de Heilige Kruis.
