De Weserwerft Minden GmbH was een scheepswerfbedrijf gevestigd in de haven van Minden/Oost-Westfalen. Haar fabrieksgebouwen bepaalden het beeld van het deel van de stad aan de rechterkant van de Weser.
In 1918 werd de Weserwerft opgericht onder de naam „Schiff- und Maschinenbau Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung zu Minden i.W.“ in de zogenaamde Oude Weserhaven. De belangrijkste aandeelhouders waren de Bremer en de Mindener sleepvaartmaatschappij evenals de stad Minden. De Weserwerft had een patent op de „Universal-Schilling-Ruder“, een eenvoudige en robuuste constructie met goede stuur eigenschappen.
