De Rethlager bronnen zijn de oorsprong van de Rethlager beek aan de noordflank van het Teutoburgerwoud en tegelijkertijd een natuurmonument. De karstbronnen bevinden zich op het grondgebied van de stad Detmold aan de grens met de stad Lage in de tot 20 m diepe Dörenschlucht, een relatief vlakke overgang over het Teutoburgerwoud. Aan de oostflank van de 217 m hoge Kleine Ehberg liggen de bronnen op een hoogte van 160 m boven NHN tussen de Detmolder wijk Pivitsheide V.L. en de Lagenser wijk Hörste.
