Het Stift Varlar, vaak ook wel abdij genoemd, was een door de graven van Cappenberg gesticht premonstratenzers abdij in het Münsterland. Het klooster, dat is omgebouwd tot kasteel Varlar, staat in de buurtschap Varlar in het Rosendahler deelgemeente Osterwick. De daar aanwezige gemeenschap bestond van ongeveer 1123/24 tot de secularisatie in 1803. Daarna kwam het klooster in bezit van de Wild- en Rheingraaf van Salm, die een groot deel van het uitgebreide kerkelijke bezit overnamen en voor korte tijd ook landsheren werden.
