Die villa Parkstraat 5 is een beschermd monument in de Kölner wijk Marienburg en maakt deel uit van de villawijk Keulen-Marienburg. Het werd gebouwd in de jaren 1913 en 1914 voor de Kölner uitgever Josef Neven DuMont naar een ontwerp van de architect Paul Pott. Sinds 1958 wordt het onroerend goed gebruikt door de staat Iran of daaraan verwante instellingen.
