Het Spyker Kasteel en landgoed liggen op het grondgebied van de gemeente Glowe in het district Vorpommern-Rügen in de Duitse staat Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Spyker Kasteel is de oudste wereldlijke structuur op het Baltische Zee-eiland Rügen.
Spyker werd voor het eerst geregistreerd in 1318. Het behoorde op dat moment toe aan de patriciërsfamilie uit Stralsund, de von Külpens. In 1344 trouwde een dochter van het Huis von Külpen met de Jasmunds. Hierdoor werd de Spyker tak van de von Jasmunds opgericht, die in 1648 zonder nageslacht stierf.
