Het station Berlin-Nikolassee is een station van de Berlijnse S-Bahn. Het ligt in de Berlijnse wijk Nikolassee van het district Steglitz-Zehlendorf. Het station bestaat uit twee operationeel onafhankelijke haltes. In het register van de spoorwegwerkplaatsen wordt het perron aan de Wannseebahn aangeduid met NIW, het perron aan de verlengde stadsbaan met NIS. Hier stoppen de S-Bahn-lijnen S1 en S7.
Het initiatief voor de bouw van het station werd genomen door de vastgoedmaatschappij Heimstätten AG, die de villawijk Nikolassee wilde ontwikkelen. Het station was van groot belang voor het succes van de oprichting van de villawijk. Daarom werd ook het voor die tijd uitstekende ontvangstgebouw in de stijl van de burgergotiek gebouwd, dat werd ontworpen door Fritz Bräuning en Paul Vogler.
