Het Vetschauer Mühlenfließ, in het Neder-Sorbisch Wětošojska młyńska, is een stroom in het zuiden van de deelstaat Brandenburg.
Het is een zijwater van de Spree en ontspringt in de Luckaitzer bergen in de Neder-Lausitz landrug, passeert de Reptener vijvers, stroomt westelijk langs de plaats Vetschau/Spreewald, om vervolgens, na het passeren van Stradow, de Stradower vijvers, en de Kossateich uiteindelijk de Radduscher Kahnfahrt te kruisen en in de Zuid-overvloei van de Oberspreewald af te wateren. Het stroomgebied van het Vetschauer Mühlenfließ beslaat ongeveer 123 vierkante kilometer. In Vetschau worden de wateren van het park van het kasteel Vetschau door het Vetschauer Mühlenfließ van water voorzien.
