Wahrenbrück is een deelgemeente van de stad Uebigau-Wahrenbrück in de Brandenburgse Landkreis Elbe-Elster en ligt ongeveer vijf kilometer ten noorden van de stad Bad Liebenwerda aan de monding van de Kleine Elster in de Zwarte Elster.
Uardenbruke bestaat uit de unieke woordcreatie Warte, wat enerzijds "waarneming" betekent of ook afgeleid kan worden van het Oudhoogduitse warta als "waarschuwen" en "bewaren", en "Brücke". Dit betekent dus brug bij een warte.
