Het Louise-Henriette-Gymnasium is een gymnasium in het Brandenburgse Oranienburg en is, net als de stad, vernoemd naar Luise Henriette van Oranje.
Aangezien de capaciteiten van het Runge-Gymnasium niet meer voldoende waren, besloot de Landkreis Oberhavel in maart 1993 tot de oprichting van een tweede gymnasium in de stad. Hiervoor zou het stabsgebouw van de Sovjet-garnizoen worden gerenoveerd. Voor zijn geschiedenis als stabsgebouw heeft het huis eerder al als school gediend. Van 1938 tot 1945 huisvestte het de volksschool Hans Schemm, die echter op 15 maart 1945 werd verwoest bij een bombardement van de Amerikaanse luchtmacht; daarbij kwamen de leraren en leerlingen die zich in de luchtbeschermingsschuilkelder bevonden om het leven.
