De Dolgensee is een 25 hectare groot meer in het natuurpark Märkische Schweiz, gelegen in het gebied van Ringenwalde, een deelgemeente van de gemeente Märkische Höhe in de Brandenburger Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland.
Het natuurwater ligt in het overgangsgebied van de oostelijke Barnimhelling naar het Stobberniederung. Het vormt het zuidelijkste lid van een vierdelige merenketen, die een vochtige biotoop in de Ringenwalder Heide naar de Oude Oder afvoert. Het door bos omgeven meer wordt gebruikt voor visserij en vissen en beschikt over een zwemlocatie.
