Tzschelln is een voormalig dorp in de Oberlausitz, 10 km ten zuidwesten van Weißwasser. De aan de Spree gelegen plaats tussen Neustadt en Boxberg werd in 1979 verwoest door de bruinkoolwinning van de open pit Nochten. 276 personen werden verplaatst. Het merendeel van hen verhuisde naar Weißwasser en Schleife.
De plaats, die altijd tot de standesherrschaft Muskau behoorde, droeg verschillende benamingen. In 1453 werd het geregistreerd onder de naam Czhillen, in 1479 onder Tschellen, in 1513 onder Schellin en Schelm, in 1704 Zscheln, in 1791 Zschellen, en in 1831 Tschelln.
