Het natuurreservaat Unteres Helletal is een 34,2 ha groot natuurreservaat in het stadsgebied van Winterberg, ten westen van Elkeringhausen. Het gebied werd in 2008 met het landschapsplan Winterberg door de Hochsauerlandkreis aangewezen. Al in 1992 was het gebied van het huidige NSG bij verordening als natuurreservaat Im Boden aangewezen. Het NSG maakt ook deel uit van het FFH-gebied Waldreservat Glindfeld-Orketal.
