De stuw Fankel is een stuw aan de Moezel bij Bruttig-Fankel. Het is uitgerust met een sectoroverlaat, een sluis voor grote motorvrachtschepen, een botensluis, een waterkrachtcentrale en een vistrap. De stuw werd in 1964 afgerond in het kader van de kanalisatie van de Moezel. Naast de stuw bevindt zich de centrale wacht Fankel van RWE Power AG, vanwaar alle stuwen en waterkrachtcentrales langs de Moezel en Saar worden aangestuurd.
