Motorrijders die het Weserbergland bezoeken, zijn gewend geraakt om zich te verzamelen op de Köterberg, een uitzichtpunt gelegen op een hoogte van 496 m ten noorden van Höxter. Bij het Köterberghaus kunt u een Kaffee und Kuchen of een meer substantiële maaltijd en overnachting bestellen. Bij goed weer biedt de Köterberg prachtige panorama's van de Harzbergen; het wordt soms de Brocken van Weserbergland genoemd, waarbij de Brocken een bekend uitzichtpunt is in de Harzbergen.
