De rooms-katholieke parochiekerk St. Andreas is een barokke zaalkerk in Elbach, een deelgemeente van de gemeente Fischbachau in het Oberbayerische Landkreis Miesbach. Ze behoort tot de parochiegemeente Elbach in het parochieverband Oberes Leitzachtal in het aartsbisdom München en Freising. Direct ernaast staat de katholieke begraafkapel tot het Heilige Bloed.
In 1648 werden de oorspronkelijk laatgotische toren en de kerk zwaar beschadigd door een blikseminslag. Na uitgebreide reparaties, waarbij een nieuw hoogaltaar werd geplaatst, beschadigden nieuwe blikseminslagen de kerk in de jaren 1655 en 1670. Na herhaaldelijke reparaties werd het bouwvallige kerkgebouw in 1688 afgebroken.
