De glasmanufaktur van Poschinger is een in Frauenau in het Beierse Woud gevestigde producent van glazen goederen, die sinds 2001 alleen nog maar maatwerk produceert. Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 1568 en is daarmee de oudste glasmanufaktur van Duitsland en wereldwijd de oudste in continu familiebesit.
De glasfabriek werd voor het eerst genoemd in het bezit van de familie Poschinger in 1569. In de eerste drie eeuwen van haar bestaan verschoof de bedrijfsactiviteit regelmatig. Aanvankelijk werd er zo lang aan een bosrijke locatie, waar hout als brandstof beschikbaar was, geproduceerd tot de bossen in de omgeving uitgeput en de houtvoorraad opgebruikt was. Met een interval van veertig tot zestig jaar werd telkens op een andere plek, waar voldoende houtbronnen beschikbaar waren, een nieuwe bedrijfsactiviteit opgebouwd. Het productassortiment omvatte kerkramen, bekers en drinkglazen.
