Het FFH-gebied Dhünn en Eifgenbach is een 285 hectare groot Natura 2000-gebied in Noordrijn-Westfalen. Het omvat een natuurreservaat in de stad Leverkusen, evenals verschillende natuurreservaten in Bergisch Gladbach, Odenthal, Burscheid en Wermelskirchen in de Rheinisch-Bergische Kreis. Het Natura 2000-gebied is geregistreerd onder richtlijn 92/43/EEG met de FFH-gebiedsmelding DE-4809-301 onder de naam "Dhünn en Eifgenbach".
