Het hart van het Historische Brauhaus is de brouwinstallatie van de voormalige Karmelietenbrouwerij uit 1352 in Bad Neustadt an der Saale, de vijfde oudste brouwerij van Duitsland. In de koperen wanden van de brouwketel weerspiegelt het Brauhaus in het warme licht.
