Il cuore storico della birreria è l'impianto di produzione dell'ex birreria dei Carmelitani del 1352 a Bad Neustadt an der Saale, la quinta birreria più antica della Germania. Nelle pareti di rame della caldaia si riflette la birreria nella luce calda.
