Ullersdorf is een voormalige zelfstandige plaats in de Landkreis Görlitz en ligt in de gemeente Waldhufen. In 1938 werd de plaats samen met Wilhelminenthal en Schäferei bij Jänkendorf gevoegd en daarmee tot een wijk gemaakt. In 1994 werd uit Jänkendorf en drie buurdorpen de nieuwe gemeente Waldhufen gevormd.
Ullersdorf ligt ongeveer zes kilometer ten zuiden van Niesky, ten noorden van de Königshainer bergen en grenst direct aan Jänkendorf. Ten zuiden ligt het Ullersdorfer vijvergebied.
