De Niederschlesischer Oberlausitzkreis is een voormalig Landkreis in de Duitse deelstaat Saksen. Het had een oppervlakte van 1340,36 km² en een inwoneraantal van 93.239 . Het gebied omvat het enige deel van het historische Silezië dat na de oorlog Duits is gebleven.
Bij de herindeling van Saksen in 2008 is het samen met het voormalige Landkreis Löbau-Zittau en de voormalige kreisfreie Stadt Görlitz opgegaan in het nieuwe Landkreis Görlitz.
