De Grote Havelland Hoofdkanaal, ook wel het Havelland Grote Hoofdkanaal genoemd, is een kanaal in de deelstaat Brandenburg. Het loopt van het Havelkanaal in het oosten tot de Havel in het westen. Het dient vooral voor de bevoorrading en afwatering van de Havellandse Luchs.
De Grote Havelland Hoofdkanaal heeft een totale lengte van ongeveer 58 kilometer. Het omvat onder andere het Nauen-Paretzer-kanaal en loopt door het Witzkermeer en het Hohennauener-Ferchesarermeer.
