Het Kranich-Gymnasium is een middelbare school met een voltijds programma in Salzgitter-Lebenstedt. Het heeft ongeveer 930 leerlingen. De school is een laptop-school.
Het Kranich-Gymnasium bestaat uit twee gebouwen, waaronder het Schölke-gebouw voor de leerjaren 5, 6 en 10. Het hoofdgebouw is bestemd voor de leerjaren 7 tot 9, evenals de leerjaren 11 tot 13. De twee gebouwen hebben twee gymzalen, speelplaatsen, een aula en de bijbehorende klaslokalen in de respectieve secties en enkele vaklokalen.
