De evangelisch-lutherse, beschermd monumentale kerk St. Cäcilie staat in Gehrenrode, een wijk van de stad Bad Gandersheim in de Landkreis Northeim van Nedersaksen. De kerkgemeente behoort tot de predikantsdistrict Gandersheim-Seesen in de Evangelisch-Lutherische Landeskirche in Braunschweig.
De zaalkerk werd in de kern in de 17e eeuw gebouwd. Het uiterlijk wordt echter bepaald door de vernieuwing van 1753. Het met steunberen ondersteunde kerkgebouw is bedekt met een afgewalmde zadeldak. De kerktoren werd in 1876 bedekt met een leien dak met een zolder.
