De Mennonietenkerk is een oorspronkelijk doopsgezind kerkgebouw in de Duitse plaats Friedrichstadt . De kerk is tegenwoordig een simultaankerk en wordt eveneens door de Deense lutherse gemeente gebruikt. Naast de kerk bevindt zich een mennonitisch kerkhof.
Al twee jaar na de stichting van de plaats door hertog Frederik III vestigden zich mennonieten in de stad. Ze kwamen als geloofsvluchtelingen uit de Nederlanden en voor een deel uit het naburige Eiderstedt, waar al sinds 1560 gemeenten bestonden. Samen met lutheranen, remonstranten, katholieken en joden vormden ze de bewoners van het in religieus opzicht tolerante Friedrichstadt, midden in een verder geheel lutherse omgeving.
