Die Klinikum Wilhelmshaven gGmbH is een ziekenhuis in gemeentelijk beheer in Wilhelmshaven, Nedersaksen. Het ziekenhuis heette tot 2014 Reinhard-Nieter-Krankenhaus, naar de voormalige burgemeester Reinhard Nieter.
Het Klinikum Wilhelmshaven is een academisch opleidingsziekenhuis van de medische faculteit van de Universiteit Hamburg en belast met de opleiding van toekomstige artsen. De verpleegkundige school aan de Noordzee van Klinikum Wilhelmshaven gGmbH biedt een algemene verpleegkundige opleiding aan. Daarnaast is er een opleidingsacademie aan het Klinikum Wilhelmshaven, die opleidingen en bijscholingen en kwalificatiemaatregelen voor ziekenhuispersoneel en externe medewerkers in de gezondheidszorg aanbiedt.
