Het natuurreservaat Lippeaue van Werne tot Heil ligt op het grondgebied van de steden Bergkamen en Werne in de provincie Unna in Noordrijn-Westfalen.
Het ongeveer 415 ha grote gebied werd in 2007 onder de sleutelnummer UN-055 onder bescherming gesteld. Het strekt zich uit ten noordoosten van Wethmar, een stadsdeel van Lünen, en ten zuidwesten van de kernstad Werne langs de Lippe. Aan de noordrand van het gebied loopt de B 54 en aan de zuidrand de provinciale weg L 736. Ten zuidoosten stroomt het Datteln-Hamm-kanaal, ten zuiden strekt het 100 ha grote natuurreservaat Beversee zich uit.
