Naturreservatet Lippeaue fra Werne til Heil ligger på området af byerne Bergkamen og Werne i Unna-distriktet i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Det ca. 415 ha store område blev i 2007 beskyttet under nøgle nummer UN-055. Det strækker sig nordøst for Wethmar, en bydel af Lünen, og sydvest for centrum af Werne langs Lippe. I den nordlige del af området løber B 54, og i den sydlige del ligger statsvej L 736. Sydøst for flyder Datteln-Hamm-kanalen, og syd for strækker det 100 ha store naturreservat Beversee sig.
