Schwanenberg is een wijk van de stad Erkelenz in de Niederrijnse laagvlakte, nabij de stad Mönchengladbach. Tot de gemeentelijke herindeling in 1972 was Schwanenberg een zelfstandige gemeente die de wijken Lentholt, Grambusch, Genhof en Genfeld - het laatste dorp slechts voor de helft - omvatte. Deze buurdorpen worden hier ook weergegeven.
