Uit oude kadastrale tekeningen blijkt dat de gebouwen tussen 1757 en 1797 zijn gebouwd. Het zijn typische arbeidershuizen uit die tijd in vakwerkstijl. Eigenaars van de drie huizen is het huis Vornholz Ostenfelde.
In 1974 werd huis 1 door de Heimatverein Ostenfelde van huis Vornholz gehuurd en gerestaureerd. (Foto binnen en buiten renovatie Heimatstuben)
