De Vidå is een 69 km lange rivier in de regio Zuid-Denemarken, in het uiterste zuiden van Denemarken. Ze is vernoemd naar de Wiedingharde. De Vidå ontstaat ongeveer 4 km oostelijk van Tønder in het zuidwesten van het koninkrijk uit de samensmelting van Arnå en Hvirlå en stroomt zuidwestwaarts over Tønder in de richting van de Deens-Duitse grens, zonder deze echter te raken, omdat ze tussen Ubjerg en Rudbøl en Aventoft en Rodenäs meestal enkele honderden, soms echter slechts enkele meters noordelijk van de grens stroomt en daarbij westwaarts vloeit. De rivier stroomt door het Ruttebüller Meer, waar de grens van beide staten doorheen loopt, en keert zich dan naar Højer, om vervolgens westelijk van de stad als de 2,4 km lange Højer-kanaal in de Noordzee uit te monden.
