De Carlsberg Group is een Deense brouwerij met het hoofdkantoor in Valby in de hoofdstad Kopenhagen. De brouwerij werd in 1847 opgericht door Jacob Christian Jacobsen en is sinds fusie met de Noorse Orkla Group in de lente van 2000 uitgegroeid tot een van de grootste brouwerijen ter wereld.
Carlsberg is een grote internationale bierbrouwer. In 2017 verkocht het wereldwijd ruim 112 miljoen hectoliter bier en 21 miljoen hl andere dranken. De twee belangrijkste biermerken zijn Tuborg en Carlsberg. West-Europa is de grootste afzetmarkt, hier werd in 2017 circa 60% van de omzet gerealiseerd, het aandeel van Rusland en de overige landen die deel uitmaakten van de voormalige Sovjet-Unie was minder dan 20%. De rest wordt afgezet in Zuidoost-Azië.
