Kalundborg is een plaats in de Deense regio Seeland, gemeente Kalundborg. Het stadje telt 16.268 inwoners .De plaats was in het verleden een verkeersknooppunt tussen Seeland en Jutland. Vanaf het station vertrokken veerboten naar meerdere plaatsen in Jutland. De laatste veerverbinding met Jutland, naar Aarhus, werd gestaakt in 2012. Er varen nog wel veerboten tussen Kalundborg en het eiland Samsø.
