Meranges is een dorp in de regio Neder-Cerdanya. Het centrum ligt op 1539 m boven de zeespiegel. Meranges is begrensd in het noorden door Andorra en Frankrijk, Ger in het oosten, en in het zuiden en westen door Isòvol Eller Talltendre, Lles en Coborriu Llosa. Aan het hoofd van deze vallei vind je het lacustrine bekken van Engorgs. Het gebied is wegens zijn pracht zeer toeristisch.
